In The Land of Werewolves

Once Upon a dream, i was in that land, where every one seems nice & normal, i was blending in well, acting nice & normal.
Things were going OK, blooming, every thing was shiny & elegant.
Well, nothing stays the same !
Rumors of werewolves appearing in our land, but nothing is verified.
Attacks, mysterious at first, then more evident & public, with marked scars, claws-like scars.
Well, werewolves exist in the movies only, specially the movies with serials !
but..,
      What caused the scars ?!
Didn't take much time to meet a werewolf myself, stupid & fool move, resulted in a good scar & unshakable belief of werewolf presence.
Meeting with a "supposed" friend, who turned werewolf in the first occasion he get !
Well, as  life goes on, attacks go up !
Up in frequency, up in damage, up in losses.
Sounds like time to do something ?
Well, sounds so !
Dear werewolves, poor cute occasional wolves, once a month, special occasion wolves, getting the thrill of being wolf once a month, every few moths ,
your are outta of luck, you just pissed me off !
you will never know how much time i spent trimming my claws & my sharp teeth, changing my looks & moves just to blend in with your nice world.
& you are trying to out-wolf me !!
You try to be mean, cold-hearted assassin, i am the real natural born one !
You kill occasionally, for me hunting & killing are my sports that i do for fun !
What was really ironic, that i really believed your lies about decency, mercy, ethics !

lived sticking to them some time, was a nice time though, weird feeling for someone like me, but still was nice-weird.
Poor enemies , seek no mercy, i have none, call for no ethics i have none.
Poor , dead werewolves,
You have my blood oath, it's a life or death conflict, you better killed me while you could, too late though !

Lonliness, My Curse, My Treasure

Loneliness is a combined curse/treasure, that i always had.
A treasure that defines my best characters, makes me exactly who i am.
i am no longer forced to think about what other people think or say, because they are actually don't exist, I am finally free.
I don't have to down-speed my thinking to meet their standards, i can think at my own speed, i can even speak my thoughts with me, without anyone staring in sympathy !!
I can be as dreamy as i want, get deep into my mind, thinking faster than other competitors, crossing over their ways of thinking, getting to the goals, offering them solutions to problems they might face in 10 years from now, without even them notice how i manipulate them !
Nobody will have to comment on my always half-minded  presence, telling me all kinds of silly comments.
It clears your mind of all the chaos, distractions & confusion always caused by others, makes you devoted only for your work, speedy & determined as a bullet.
This is the treasure part.
The curse part , u know you will always sleep on your bed alone, walk alone on the path of life.
You will never to know what intimacy is all about, even if your got married a 100 times, you will always be drowned in your own piles of thoughts, repeating & training, practicing, analysing, getting ready with 1000 alternates for every simple question & situation.
No matter how good is your brain, how vivid is your imagination, it's all in your head & finally you come to the simple truth, you will die old & alone with no one around.
So what would i do ?
i would do nothing, i am not foolish to give away my treasure, i am not smart enough to evade a curse.

Not In My Name

     I am an Egyptian, Muslim.
& I am unhappy with what happened at the Israeli embassy in Cairo.
No doubt, Israel is the enemy, as long as they keep occupying our land in Palastine, torturing & killing our palastenian brothers.
We live with the dream to get our land back, & it's our land no matter what you keep saying ! ,  either in a year, in a 2 or in a centuries to come, our right in that land will move in our genes to our children.
But being a muslim, force me to have rules, even when i am dealing with my enemy, embassies are places that have a safety gurantee by the governer of the land at the moment, even if he is not the best, but still the embassies safety are guaranteed by our promise ( in our zemma ).
I think it's illegal to attack them, i don't mind to kill my enemy in the war, but i mind to betray my promises.
My dream is not to take your flag from the embassy down, my dream is to have Palastine flag on the UN & yours out of it & it will happen eventually.
So althought u r the enemy, u still have rights.
Islam raises Knights, not opportunisti rats.
What happened in the embassy Is Not In My Name.

Love in a Headscarf a Life Transforming Book

First of all i have to declare that i am not a critic of any kind, i am just a fan of reading.
Stepped accidentally on the book "Love in a headscarf", was tempted by the new title to read it, it's gripped me for 3 nights till i finished it.
Starting softly with a humorous touch of marriage traditions in India & related country.
Then as time passed by, both in the book & the life of the author, it unfolds into great , well written life experience of a second generation Muslim into UK , with all the conflicts of muslim women, as well as the conflicts of religeous vs. cultural restrictions.
What love is really about, both for a woman, and for a Muslim, for a second generation Muslim.
the book is a wow, a must read in my opinion for all the immigrants & specially who have a second generation.
All the book is nice, except for some chapter, she tipped into sufism, didn't take much time on it, but talking to a second generation immigrants about sufism that fast is like tempting them into more knowledge about it(specially mentioning the depths of it), it's just a personal note, other than that the book is a wow.
A must read, life-transforming book for all people want to know about love.
Many thanks for the author for letting us share her experience.

Value of Suffering

خاطرة اليوم أحدى الأقوال الجديرة بالتفكير ، قرأتها فى كتاب من كتب الطب النفسى

Do Our Sufferings make us more human ?
Only if we can breath meaning into them.
Toothache does not make us more human because it has no meaning; but there is a kind of suffering which is a more effective key, a more rewarding principle for exploring the world in thought and action than personal good fortune
[Deitrich Bonhoeffer].
This suffering makes our souls.
In psychiatric practice, not all our patients regret their illness: sometimes, in retro prospect, these patients refer to their breakthrough, not their breakdown.
It's the power to grow and to transform experience which is human and humanizing
